Deshmukh, on the other hand, was placed in preventive detention for 14 days by the additional trial judge.&#xA0; Deshmukh appeared before officers at the emergency room on Monday, November 1st. After about 12 hours of questioning, Deshmukh was arrested after midnight on Tuesday. The Mumbai court allowed the ED&#x2019;s custody to Deshmukh till today.&#xA0;</description></oembed>
